They are rated for solid materials and typical uses include shipping solid hazardous waste and for lab packs. They may be used for solid hazardous materials that are rated packing group II, or III and can safely hold up to 125 kg (275 lbs). These drums feature a removable lid with a lever lock ring that can be tamper sealed using a wire seal.
