These five gallon containers are U/N rated for liquid hazardous material storage. They may be used for liquid materials that are rated packing group II or III.  Containers rated for liquid hazardous material can legally be used for solid hazardous material. They are injection molded and able to safely transport 5 gallons of liquid with a specific gravity of 1.4.
